Chicken Biryani Masala

Ingredients

Cumin, Coriander, Cloves, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Red Chilly, Cloves Leaves, Shajeera, Mace, Saffron, Cinnamon, Puppy Seeds, Dry Ginger and Garlic. Salt, Dry Onion, Dry Tomato, Spl Spices, and Citric Acid.

Cooking Recipe

Take 200 gram ghee in a pan and fry the 100g of chopped onion till brown and crispy. Half of onion crush and mix with 200 g curd, 50 gram of RedLand chicken biryani masala, 3-4 lemon juice, 25 gram green chilly paste 2 tbsp red chilly powder, ½ tbsp turmeric powder, and the remaining ghee of that well mixed with 1 kg chicken and keep for 1 hour. Then half boiled rice put on the top of your mixture, and the remain ghee put it on the top of rice sprinkle yellow color and the crispy onion and mint, then put the top make it well close air tight. And keep on high flame for 10 minute and on low flame 10 minute. Now your chicken biryani is ready to serve. Serve with curd and green chilies masala curry.
