Coriander, Cinnamon, Clove, Black pepper, Cardamom, Cumin, Kashmiri Chilly, Turmeric, Dry Ginger & Garlic, Stone Flower, Poppy Seeds, Nut powder, Salt, Corn flour, and Citric Acid.
Take 1 dressed chicken or chicken Pcs, Make 4 or 5 cuts on each side of chicken. Make paste with 2 onions, 2 Tsp. RedLand Kohir's Ginger & Garlic Paste, 4 Tsp. RedLand Chicken Masala. 200 g Curd, 2 Tsp. RedLand Red Chilly powder, 1 Tsp. RedLand Turmeric Powder, 4 Lime's juice, and salt to taste in a blender. Marinated chicken pcs. With this souse for 1 hr. Bake chicken in an oven or tandoori until well done. Sprinkle with RedLand Garam Masala and serve with slices lemon and sliced onion.
