Coriander, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Cumin, Fennel Seeds, Stone Flower, Turmeric, Mace, Poppy Seeds, Red Chilly, Black Pepper, Shahzeera, Dry Ginger & Garlic, And Salt.
To cook 500g. Meat take 2 Tomatoes, 1 Green Chilly, 2 Tsp. RedLand Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 Onion, 1 Tsp. RedLand Chilly Powder, ½ Tsp. RedLand Turmeric Powder, and add Salt to Taste, add 4 Tbs. Strained Curd, Marinated cleaned and cut mutton pieces with the above mixture keep 1 hour. Melt 4 Tbs. Butter add 2 sliced onion fry till crispy. Add marinated mutton and 3 Tbs. RedLand Meat Masala and stir to mix well. Add 3 cups of water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 Tbs. RedLand Garam Masala serve with onion rings. Best with Paratha or rice.
