Cooking Recipe

Heat 200 g ghee in a pan for a few minutes, and fry the onion till brown & crispy. (Make a paste with 3 tsp RedLand chilly powder 1 tsp RedLand turmeric powder, 25 g of RedLand Hyderabadi Biryani Masala, 4 tps of DFPRuchi Ginger-Garlic paste, 200 g yogurt the fried onion, juice of 3 lemon, green chilly 5-8 pcs, Coriander leaves mint leaves, tomato paste and all garam masala hole as per the taste and Salt.) Take 1 kg of Mutton or Chicken and malt with the above paste and keep 2 hours. Make 3/4 kg of half boiled rice and put it on the meat in non-stick pan and cook for 20 minutes. The tasty Hyderabadi Biryani is ready to serve.
