Nihari Masala

Ingredients

Red Chilly, Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek, Putana Dal, Bay leaf, poppy seeds, Panjad, Turmeric, Dry Onion, Dry Garlic, Dry Ginger, Citric Acid, Khus ki Kadi, Salt, Potato Starch, Tomato Powder, Kalonji, Kapoor Kajali, other spices.

Cooking Recipe

Take a Large cooking pot and put 250 ml of Ghee or Oil and heat then fry 2 sliced onion till golden brown. Add REDLAND GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE 3 Tbsp and fry half done then add 1 kg Chicken / Meat / Beef and fry for 2 - 3 minutes and add REDLAND Nihari Masala 50 Grams and add water for tendering meat Cover and cook on low flame, after meat is well cooked, take wheat flour fry it and make a paste of it by adding water in it. Add this paste gradually in to the meal gravy stir till mix evenly. Cook for five minutes, garnish with green chilies, chopped Ginger coriander leaves and serve with lemon and Nan ki roti.
