ROCK SALT, DRY MANGO, CUMIN, RED CHILLY BLACK SALT, MINT LEAF, BLACK PEPPER, TAMARIND, DRY GINGER&GARLIC, SALT, ASAFOETIDA, CITRIC ACID BISHOP'S WEED AND GREEN CHILLY ALL INGREDIENTS IN POWDER FORM

Cooking Recipe

To prepare the pani puri for 100 puris, grind to paste 2 cups of mint leaves, 8-10 green chilies, 1 ginger & 1 sour lime. Add the paste to 1.5 liter of water and add salt to taste. Add 2 tbsp DFP Ruchi Pani Puri Masala & for extra taste you may add DFP Ruchi Aamchoor Powder. Chill, strain and save with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled green piece, soaked salted boondi as fillers in the pani puri.
