Coriander, Clove, Shajeera, Ghee, Black Pepper, Rice, Curry Leaves, Hing, Lalmirch, Toordal, Odadhdal, Turmeric, And Salt.
To One Liter water add 125g.Of toor dal along with one Tsp. Turmeric powder and ghee then cook till half done. To this add diced onion and other veg. Of your choice and cook till done. Now add 4 - 5 TSP. RedLand Sambar Masala along with salt to taste and tamarind ext. Cook for 10 minutes. Season with mustard, red chilly and curry leaves. Garnish with desiccated Coconut and Coriander leaves your delicious Sambar is ready to serve.
