Tandoori Chicken Masala

Ingredients

Coriander, Chilly, Cumin, Cassia, Clove, Pigeon pea (Toor Dal /Arthar Dal), Dry Garlic & Ginger, Black Pepper Mustard, Big Cardamom, Poppy seed, Cassia Leaf, Asafetida, Turmeric, Salt Anistar, Triphala, and Black salt.

Cooking Recipe

Make fine slits on pieces of chicken legs and breast (1 kg.). Apply lime juice & salt. Keep for 15 min Mix 4 tsp RedLand Ginger & Garlic Paste, 4 tsp DEP Ruchi Chicken Tandoori Masala, 6 tbsp curd(thick) and salt. Marinate cut chicken with mixture. Keep aside for at least 2 hours. Apply 2 tsp melted butter on the chicken & roast till well done. Garnish with sliced lemon & sliced onion coriander leaves and serve hot. This masala can used for other Tandoori preparations.
